Show Others How It's Done

One of the most meaningful philosophical questions we ask ourselves during our lifetime is, "What is my purpose?" Even though this question is asked, it may never be answered or revealed to us in the way we anticipated. Every one of us has a special talent or skill. Even if you never graduated from a university or simply dropped out of college like billionaire philanthropist, Bill Gates, you will be successful if you surround yourself with positive, hard working, creative people. It may take years and years to discover your true vocation. When you do find what you are meant to do you will have the desire to pursue that dream with tenacity. You may even decide to share your skills and help motivate others. Do you dream of buying, starting or owning your business or franchise? Many motivational speakers and recreational instructors are successful entrepreneurs. They are conducting seminars or leading painting, yoga, or karate classes right now. Decide what service or activity you would like to perform and get started.

There is great satisfaction knowing you assisted a child or adult with their own pursuit or goal. The choice is yours.

Lead the Way

Be Creative and Take a Leap of Faith

There is nothing we can imagine that we can't make reality. Be creative in your pursuit. Are you a photographer? Sell your photographs to stock websites. Do you love research? Use your skills to create your own genealogy or ancestry consulting service. Are you an excellent typist? Be a medical transcriptionist. Make no mistake, being an entrepreneur or owning your own business is not easy by any means. The hard work and sacrifice that goes into creating your dream never will be. You will have to make a choice of whether you would like to stay in a comfortable nine to five environment or take the risk of pursuing what you have always wanted in life. You will also have to face the day to battle with naysayers and negative thinkers. There are people who will give you a hundred reasons why you shouldn't challenge yourself or take a risk. Listen to their advice and continue your pursuits. Don't give them, show them a hundred reasons why you will be successful. There will be moments when you sincerely doubt your own abilities but this is normal and natural. You will have to pick yourself up off the floor and continue to be your own biggest cheerleader. So do you still want to be your own boss? If you can dream it, and are willing to work harder than you have ever worked in your life, you can do it!
